Abstract

GrammarXiv is a database for linguists' truths, including theories, hypotheses, data, relations, explanations, etc. It has 5 major functions: [1] Open access; [2] Collaborative editing; [3] Smart & Flexible linking; [4] Cross search over multiple sources; [5] Social networking & Peer review. The combination of these five functions is a unique design specification of GrammarXiv, shared by no other existing open-access platforms. In this symposium, we will explore various possible applications of the functions [1]-[5] of GrammarXiv, elaborating on how it will support researchers’ academic tasks and demands.

1 はじめに

本研究では、GrammarXivデータベースの基本的な概念とシステムについて概説する。GrammarXivは、言語学者らの「真なる命題」、つまり理論、仮説、データ、関係、説明などを収集するためのデータベースであり、下記図の5つの機能を有する。
